Join a leading Melbourne real estate agency known for its strong presence in the inner city market. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive new business growth within our Property Management division.
In this role, you will prospect, build relationships and convert new business opportunities while representing our services with professionalism and confidence. You will work closely with management to deliver strategic growth outcomes and maintain strong partnerships with rental providers, developers, builders and referral networks.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to secure new property management business
Implement marketing activity that supports business development goals
Build and maintain relationships with developers, builders and financial planners
Manage a contact database and perform consistent follow up on new business leads
Attend appointments with prospective rental providers and present service offerings
Oversee properties from listing through to leasing, including inspections and application checks
Ensure all property information, notes and correspondence are accurately documented
Liaise with the sales team to identify new opportunities
Maintain compliance with relevant legislation and professional standards
Skills and Experience
Experience in Business Development or Sales, ideal candidates will have experience in the Real Estate sector, but not essential
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Ability to interpret real estate legislation and industry terminology
Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail
Confidence to negotiate and solve problems effectively
Qualifications
Additional qualifications relevant to property or real estate are welcomed
Agents Representative Certificate - Cert IV Real Estate (Inc Agents Rep) Fully Funded by MICM if not already complete

Flexibility to work across multiple office locations
Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
