Compensation Based: 15% of our engagement fees from any business owner you introduce who signs with us for capital raising services. No base salary, hourly wage, or benefits. Uncapped earning potential.
Your Mission: Identify, connect with, and introduce qualified business owners seeking $1,000,000+ in business capital to our firm. You are the connector, we handle everything after the introduction.
How the Partnership Works:
You CONNECT: Identify and engage business owners who fit our ideal client profile (established companies seeking growth capital).
You INTRODUCE: Make a warm, professional email introduction between the business owner and our Capital Raising team.
WE HANDLE THE REST: Our team takes over all pitching, financial modeling, investor matching, and deal execution.
YOU EARN: Receive a 15% commission on our fees when the business owner signs our engagement agreement.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Research and identify target business owners by industry, revenue stage, and growth signals.
Outreach: Conduct personalized outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to introduce our capital raising services.
Qualification: Vet business owners to ensure they meet our criteria (revenue, funding need, industry) and are serious about seeking investors.
Introduction: Facilitate a direct, warm introduction via email to our Relationship Managers.
