Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in customer service, account management, or consultative sales preferred
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital CRM tools
Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
Must have no felony convictions
Must live in the USA and have a USA work permit and be able to get licensed.
Responsibilities
Assist clients in identifying insurance and financial needs through discovery calls and meetings
Schedule and follow up with new and existing clients to ensure personalized, ongoing service
Support the onboarding and retention process with accurate documentation and attentive communication
Manage contracting, client files, and policy records to ensure compliance and smooth operations
Help promote our insurance and financial solutions through outreach and client education
Track and process policyholder claims and updates to maintain high service standards
