Lumis is a fast-growing financial data and live transfer company serving mortgage lenders, debt settlement firms, and insurance companies across the US. We’re looking for a driven, outgoing Business Development Representative to join our team and help us expand our client base.
This is a high-earning, high-impact role. You’ll be the face of Lumis — visiting mortgage companies, lenders, and financial firms in person and following up remotely to close deals. If you love building relationships, know how to open doors, and want to build a book of business that pays you every single month, this is your role.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Prospect and visit mortgage companies, lenders, and financial services firms to pitch Lumis’s live transfer leads and trigger data products
• Build and manage a pipeline of B2B clients through in-person visits, calls, and email outreach
• Present and explain our live transfer and financial data offerings clearly and confidently
• Close new accounts and onboard clients with support from our operations team
• Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities
• Report weekly on pipeline activity, meetings held, and new accounts opened
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• 2–3 years minimum of B2B sales experience (financial services, mortgage, insurance, or data industry a major plus)
• Confident, persuasive communicator — comfortable walking into offices and starting conversations
• Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and hit targets without hand-holding
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation for local field visits
WHAT WE OFFER
• $3,000/month base salary
• $1,000 bonus for every new client account you close
• 1% royalty on gross profit from every deal you bring in — paid monthly, for as long as that client stays active. Your book of business keeps paying you.

EARNING POTENTIAL EXAMPLE:
Close 2 new clients in your first month = $2,000 in bonuses on top of your base. Keep growing your book and your royalties compound every month — top performers can realistically earn $8,000–$12,000+/month within 6 months.
