Hiring: Business Development Representative (Remote | U.S. & U.K. Shifts)
Experience: Fresher to 1 year (with AI exposure)
Shifts:
🌎 U.S. Shift – 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
🇬🇧 U.K. Shift – 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Work Mode: Remote | 5 Days/Week
What We’re Looking For:
• 0–1 year experience in digital marketing or CRM-based roles
• Familiarity with AI tools for sales outreach
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and current B2B sales trends
• Exposure to outbound lead generation, bench sales, or agency experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• MBA in Marketing or IT preferred
• Certifications in AI, Digital Marketing, or CRM tools are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
• Generate 8–10 qualified leads (booked meetings) per month
• Send 30–40 personalized emails/LinkedIn messages daily
• Make 30–40 cold calls per day to qualify prospects
• Identify and connect with key decision-makers
Salary: Up to ₹4.5 LPA + allowances + incentives
