About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Work on promoting and selling memberships to potential new clients and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members along with other income (PT training, cafe sale, store & events sales)
• Work on the referral program, up-selling, and cross-selling
• Research and analyze the customers' requirements and present the best solutions
• Keep abreast with extra marks' latest offerings and best practices
• Enter all details of customers, walks ins, customer inquiry, etc. in the Gymslip Software
• Work on lead generation
• Do cold calling and conversion
Requirements
• Good team player
• Aggressive follow up with the leads and reporting it to the line manager
