We are KPO Company ( Knowledge Process Outsourcing ) and we do have client in US and Australia. we are providing Auditing and Accounting Services to our client.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for business development and sales of our PathQuest software platform/ Accounting and financial services(PABS).
Self-driven and able to take responsibility and total ownership of initiatives.
Be a hands-on manager and drive the company’s sales/presales efforts and execute them in collaboration with US sales and product specialists, presales teams. The activities performed in this scope are prospecting for new business, detailed qualification of sales opportunities, management of the sales cycle, and sales proposals.
Adjust a well-tailored sales pitch and deliver it efficiently to the customers.
Must understand what client responds and accordingly provide a relevant solution to them in a short span of time over the phone
Candidate must be great/in delivering value proposition for the software which he/she would be selling.
The candidate is expected to possess excellent written and spoken English skills, should be able to write situational emails depending on their conversation with the client.
Keep a record of each and every personal detail of the customer in their CRM system and should also maintain all the sales activities like conversations made over a telephone for future references.
The main objective of aa Sr. Business Development Manager is to promote the growth of the business by generating leads from the company’s client-base via various strategies like Cold calls, Emails, LinkedIn
Be proficient in research and be able to do data generation.
Goal Oriented, Self-Motivated, Passionate Learner and should have an objective to enhance his/her skills to grow.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Should be an aggressive go-getter with high energy levels and must have a innate ability for sales.
Should be very persistent and result oriented.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales target.
Consultative Selling Experience a must
Candidate should also be well versed with the CRM tool (SF.com) which could be an added advantage over other applicants.
Must have excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication.
Should have the willingness to learn and research on the market trends.
Should be quite patient and be adaptive to any stressful environment.

Eligibility: Any Graduation with emphasis in Business, Marketing or Accounting
Experience: 5+ years of minimum experience
