Job Description
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Manage and maintain the busy schedules of the founders, including scheduling calls, meetings, and appointments, and proactively adjusting as priorities change.
Act as a gatekeeper for the founders, effectively screening and prioritizing incoming communications, including email, phone calls, and messages.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for business trips and conferences.
Conduct thorough research and compile reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Assist with preparing and editing correspondence, proposals, and other written materials.
Provide logistical support for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across the organization.
Undertake ad-hoc projects and assignments as requested by the founders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a startup environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Proficiency in using productivity tools and software, such as Google Suite and project management platforms.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of discretion in handling confidential information.
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and evolving priorities.
