Job Title: Business Expense Control
About the Role:
The Business Expense Control will be responsible for managing all expense settlement processes, ensuring compliance with the Citi Expense Policy. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct due diligence on all expenses and timely reporting of any inappropriate charges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Expense Management: Process employee expenses in accordance with the Citi Expense Policy, maintaining accurate records and adhering to company guidelines.
• Corporate Card Reconciliations: Monthly reconcile corporate statements, generate summary reports, and follow up on pending payments to ensure timely settlements.
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of financial policies and procedures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
