Financial Reporting Analyst Role Summary
• The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial reports and supporting the development of current year operational expenditure, capital expenditure budget, and forecast.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly/year-end close reporting
• Coordinate with design and technology functional heads to assess accrual requirements and process relevant entries in SAP
• Perform deep-dive analysis on vendor/people cost and capex projects
• Support statutory and internal auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
• Provide value-added insights to senior management by providing timely and accurate details in project/contract evaluation
Requirements:
• Chartered accountant with 4-5 years of experience or postgraduate semi-qualified chartered accountant with 8-+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience in SAP
• Proficiency in Excel and MS applications
• Prior work experience in reporting a plus
• Analytical and logical thinking skills
• Flexible in time and scope of work
• Self-motivated and ability to learn new things
