This Financial Insights Position requires at least 3 years of experience in handling clients and managing teams. As a key member of the Finance Department, you will analyze data, prepare reports, and support decision-making processes to drive client success.
Key Accountabilities:
• Partner with clients to understand their financial needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Guide and direct junior team members to ensure high-quality results and efficient workflows.
• Lead the reconciliation process for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Examine supplier and customer accounts to identify potential issues.
• Develop and track KPIs for reconciliation teams.
• Verify adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent, including C.A. Intermediate.
• Experience: At least 3 years in a comparable role.
• Skills:
