Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly develop an understanding and awareness of the district's business, roles/responsibilities, and HR requirements in a continuously changing environment.
Work collaboratively to meet the goals of the service in a team-based environment.
Support change management processes including drafting letters and communicating documents to the organisation.
Provide expert advice in relation to complaints, investigations, disciplinary action, restorative processes, and mediation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A tertiary qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Business Studies, and/or equivalent practical experience.
Proven ability to communicate effectively; verbal and written.
Proven customer relationship skills.
10 years plus HR Generalist experience.
2 years in a Senior HR position.
