Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Business Intelligence Intern (Power BI) to support dashboard development and reporting automation.
This internship focuses on learning-driven practical exposure in Power BI, data visualization, and business reporting, while contributing to real company projects.
Core Responsibilities
Power BI Dashboard Support: Assist in creating and improving interactive dashboards using Power BI.
Data Cleaning & Structuring: Help organize and transform business data using Power Query and Excel.
KPI Reporting: Support in preparing performance reports for HR, Sales, Operations, and Accounts.
Excel to Power BI Transition: Assist in improving existing Excel trackers and gradually migrating them to Power BI.
Business Insights: Prepare structured reports and summaries based on analyzed data.
Working Structure
Must be available for calls and coordination for 4–5 hours daily during company working hours (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
Total working commitment: 40 hours per week.
Work is task-based and output-driven.
Weekly deliverables and deadlines must be met consistently.
What You Need
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Data Modeling, Power Query preferred).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and improve reporting systems.
Ability to work responsibly in a remote setup.
