Department and Job Summary
The Project Management Office (PMO) work involves coordinating financial, operational, sales & service, and administrative activities in the company, acting as a point of contact between top management and stakeholders in the organization. The PMO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of strategic projects within the organization.
As a Business Intelligence & Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's datadriven strategies and enhancing decision-making processes. This position encompasses the entire spectrum of data projects, including requirements planning, data collection, dashboard design, development, testing, and continuous improvement. You will lead and participate in data, software, and infrastructure projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time, within budget, and according to scope. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on influencing and coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with project managers and teams across the globe to drive impactful outcomes.

This opportunity is a full-time, work from home, direct-hire position at our headquarters and will work from 8am to 5pm Eastern Daylight Time in the USA.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data-driven projects, ensuring alignment with
business objectives and successful outcomes within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of business intelligence initiatives, including requirements
gathering, data collection, dashboard design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing
improvement
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable
insights to stakeholders
• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve monthly and quarterly business reporting
processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with key performance metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align project goals with business priorities, ensuring
effective collaboration among data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders
• Provide influential leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration,
motivation, and accountability to drive project success
Preferences
• Bachelor or master’s in engineering, IT, Business or science related field
• Independent, structured, and self-reliant way of working
• Process and data driven – experience with operational metrics and continuous improvement
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to potentially manage multiple
projects simultaneously
• Must have experience with the preparation, visualization and analysis of data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions encompassing Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Power-BI
• Detail- and process-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in project management or related field is preferred but not required
