Embark on your journey with us whilst taking part in our fantastic intern development programme. We will create a personalised training plan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of your programme, you will be equipped with the best knowledge and hands-on experience to kickstart your professional career here at Siemens Mobility.
• Encourage the utilisation of existing and planned IT services in the business
• Support the IT Account Managers / Demand Managers in the collection and analysis of customer requirements and translate them into IT Demand Requirements
• Assist in the coordination and delivery of strategic IT projects
• Provide IT guidance and help users resolve their IT issues
• Create content and training material for our Intranet and online resources
• Produce and deliver high quality user facing presentations
• Conduct events/forum/road shows to enhance user experience and knowledge
Essential Skills and Attributes
We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:
• Achieved or be on track to achieve a 2:2 or above in Data Analytics, Business or IT Degree
• You have a passion in digitalisation and in supporting employees to use IT products and services as efficiently as possible, making IT an asset to their day to day working lives. Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas and are looking to develop your ability to drive and lead change
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions
