Excellent interpersonal relationship management - B2B & B2C selling skills in English, Hindi and at least one regional Indian language - Program migration and operations - Data Management, Data Analytics, MIS & Reporting - Excellent understanding of business use of platforms like, chat, email, whastapp, SMS, IVR, FB, Insta etc. - Excellent understanding of diallers, dialling strategy, other call centre technologies for efficient operations - Excellent in MS Office, especially excel, working knowledge of tools like Tableau or Power BI.
