You will be responsible for full operational and commercial performance, including:
P&L ownership and financial performance
Warehousing & transport operations
Customer relationships across multiple accounts
Compliance, Health & Safety, and risk management
Leadership of the Operations and Customer Service teams
Continuous improvement, WMS utilisation, and project delivery
Leading new business implementations and supporting growth initiatives

Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
Lead a strong safety culture and ensure full OHS compliance, reporting, and corrective actions.
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily DC operations, resource planning, CI initiatives, and strong WMS/SOP compliance.
Customer Management
Manage multiple client relationships, handle escalations, ensure DIFOT, and support new business setups.
Financial Management
Own the P&L, deliver budgets, control costs, and drive margin and efficiency improvements.
People Leadership
Lead and develop Operations and Customer Service leaders, manage HR/IR matters, and build a high-performing team.
