In 2026, Integrated Accounting joined forces with Epic Trust Financial Group to offer a full-service financial solution firm to the individual and business clients we serve. We use the latest technology and innovations to make the work better, faster, and more actionable for our clients – ultimately providing them more value than they typically would receive from other firms.
Most Business owners work with us as their Outsourced Financial Management Team to provide ongoing and in-depth monthly Bookkeeping, Accounting, Tax Management, and Wealth Management Services.

What would you be helping us with?
Duties:
• Entering/Classifying daily transactions for all of our clients (i.e. Bill.com payables, receipts in hubdoc, bank feeds to QBO, etc…)
• Responding to requests from clients on general accounting needs
• Process payroll reports using an outsourced payroll service provider.
• Prepare reconciliations for bank statements, credit cards, loan accounts, and other general ledger accounts.
• Perform self-review to ensure that accounting is accurate.
• Prepare financial statements and provide Monthly or Quarterly meeting-based review to client.
• Interact with clients to provide financial coaching, cash flow coaching, and look for potential tax savings strategies for their business.- Prepare and process payroll for employees
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Proven experience in general ledger accounting, payroll processing, and financial analysis
- Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of corporate finance principles
- Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Sage and Xero
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial reports
- Knowledge of balance sheet reconciliation procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
