About The Internship
We are looking for an administrative intern to provide administrative support to our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling clerical duties, preparing reports, and assisting with projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills, as well as experience with basic data analysis and Microsoft Office.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Draft and edit processes, letters, presentations, reports, and other documents
• Organize and maintain files and databases
• Assist with data entry, data analysis, and report preparation
• Perform general office tasks
• Help in scheduling appointments and meetings
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of data analysis
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Note
• This is a paid internship with flexible working hours, with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role based on performance
