Key Responsibilities:
Oversight of the visitor and student experience to ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office
Maintenance of peak organizational operations and provision of preventative measures to identify issues
Implementation of established policies and procedures, measurement of outcomes against standards, and improvement of operational flow when identified
Cultivation of relationships with education providers and internal resources
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also oversee office interactions, respond to requests and questions, maintain office efficiency, provide administrative support, and manage office equipment.
Requirements:
Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents encouraged to apply
3+ years of office management experience
Diploma level or higher in Business Administration or Management
Strong time-management and people skills, flexibility, and multitasking ability
Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
