About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Call Center Representatives for our International BPO operations. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, ensuring excellent customer service while meeting company objectives.
Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound and outbound calls for international clients.
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products/services.
Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Language/English].
Prior experience in a BPO or call center environment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in using computers and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
