Desire Profile:
The candidate is expected to apply the knowledge and talent to a wide variety of complex, demanding and high-profile transactions / valuations related to fund raising, acquisitions, mergers, buy-outs, joint ventures, tax & regulatory and accounting purposes.
Client & Project Management
• Demonstrate ability to critically analyze information received and handle client interaction at junior level • Tracking of sectors and key participants in the industry • Preparation of deal books and financial models and carrying out financial analysis • Preparation of valuation models and valuation reports • Drafting various documents such as engagement letters, agreements, emails etc. • Coordinating with various clients and the internal team for the execution of deliverables and ensure that the same are well documented and stored. • Coordinating with the client and the internal team for the execution of various agreements/deeds/addendum. • Understanding various risk areas pertaining to the clients allocated at the start of the various engagements and ensure that all the risk documents or emails are in place. For example: signed engagement letter, relevant client email confirmations, invoices, time cost summary, etc. • Ensure that time-to-time feedback is taken from the client and relevant personnel in the format of the company. • Liaoning with various stakeholders associated with the project and maintain a good relationship with them.
Research areas
• Collect online market research materials and latest information in the form of news article or research papers or Government regulations or any other relevant notifications in relation to the relevant industry • Compile and analyze reliable statistical data and analyze it using modern and traditional methods c. Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis • Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations • Provide competitive analysis on various company’s market offerings, identifying market trends, understanding business model and their key strategy and operations • Preparing an Industry research report on various topics with respect to the relevant industries • Preparing an advisory note or a presentation on various topics with respect to the relevant industries • As and when required, assisting the manager in interviewing various individuals for the purpose of the industry research Please note that the formats of the reports or documents or presentation could be mutually.
