About The Role
As Community Solutions continues to grow, we now have an opportunity available for a full-time Business Services Administrator to join our team. This role will be a pivotal point of contact for all NDIS Specialist Services enquiries providing high level customer service and acting as an important information link for NDIS client referrals and leads.
Other Duties Include
Provide a friendly and positive welcome to our NDIS clients and other stakeholders over the phone, offering support and information as requested
Preparing and completing NDIS Onboarding Documents for our Support Coordination and Behavioural Support teams
Monitor and follow up outstanding on boarding documents and provide assistance in arranging for these to be completed
Monitoring, responding to and re-directing emails as appropriate
Assist the billing team with invoice preparation, billing and account follow-ups
Supporting the wider NDIS Administration team in all workloads and activities
Maintaining a centralised customer spreadsheet and ensuring data entry is accurate and up to date
About You
Previous high level administrative experience from a similar fast paced role
Demonstrated ability to plan, organise and prioritise work in an environment with multiple and conflicting demands
Ability to draft and format complex written documents
A self-motivated problem solver who can work both independently and in a team
Data entry accuracy and attention to detail
Intermediate competency in Microsoft packages including Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Word and Excel.
Knowledge of the NDIS and DAX an advantage.
