Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Finalization of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual standalone accounts as per IND AS
Preparation of Cash Flow statements
Preparation of Budgets/Estimates
Preparation of Board Presentations
Interaction with other divisions for compilation of data
Interaction with auditors for audit purposes
Analysis/MIS of Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Performance
Contribute towards automation of processes
Tracking and implementation of new accounting developments
Preferred Exposure:
Worked in Corporate accounts of a listed company either in Standalone or Consolidations team
Contribute towards preparation of quarterly/annual Consolidated financial results/statements
Work on compliance requirements of SEBI, etc. like related party approval and reporting
Inter-co reconciliations
Preparation of budgets
Interaction with group companies for data and other requirements
Interaction with auditors
Analyse events, transactions for accounting implications
Understanding of Ind AS Accounting standards
Tracking accounting developments and plan for its implementation
Improvement in processes, including through use of automation, to reduce time taken in completion of activity
Knowledge of consolidation package like Oracle Hyperion will be an added advantage
