Responsibilities and Duties
Understand and apply regulations like FDI, FPI, AIF, GIFT-IFSC and global regulations incidental to
the business across geographies.
Work together with sales team to create new products and services in the FPI, AIF and GIFT-IFSC
space.
Undertake due diligence of entities for FDI Investments (onshore and offshore)
Track NRI limits from Assets under management of the Funds
Undertake and track compliances of various regulators across geographies such as India, US, UK,
etc.
Assist in undertaking tax filings and audits of the Funds (Statutory and Tax authorities)
Implementation of Fund business
Ensure products and services have clear differences from those offered by competitors.
Evaluate current products and services to determine needs for upgrades and improvements.
Qualifications
Must be a post-graduate with specialization in MBA in Finance / CA
Must have work experience of 3-5 years in Product at Custody Services/AMC/Wealth
Management/Investment Managers
Ability to provide efficient solutions and meet timelines.
Ability to understand regulations of various jurisdictions.
Should have good communication skills and ability to work in teams.
Should have an affable personality, especially while liaising with counter parties
