Equity accounting including LP cash call, quarterly valuations, preparation of Financial Statements, liaison with Big 4 Audit firm, preparing and managing budgets, advising Portfolio Companies as required.

Qualification : CA Inter (Left CA)/ M.com (0 to 3 years of experience)
Salary range:INR 2.4 Lacs to 4 LPA

Job Description :
1. Prepare financial statements from incomplete records for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
2. Tax returns
3. Prepare budgets.
4. Prepare forecasts.
5. Supervision of Bookkeepers
6. Manage weekly and monthly timelines
7. Communication
8. Allocate/ delegate work to subordinates:
+. Report problems by exception and constantly improve process
Mode of working: Work from office
Working Days: Monday to Friday
