We are looking for Accounts Manager for the following profile :

I. Recording sales, vendor bills, vendor payments, bank deposits, bank transfers, credit card payments, cash payments;

II.All monthly General Ledger (GL) reconciliations;

III. Accurate monthly financial reporting;

IV.Timely and accurate processing and payment of payroll and tax obligations.

V. Overseeing the finances of all companies and assisting with any queries when raised by the team;

VI.Ensuring accuracy of the month end figures before being presented to the Level 3 - Accounts Personnel;

VII. Responsible for the final approval of payment, in conjunction with the Department Head, and will instruct the Payment Officer accordingly.

VIII. Reviewing year-end figures before they are presented to the Level 3 - Accounts Personnel

IX.Budgets are prepared on time
