IV. Job Description :
• Preparing MIS relating to ageing of receivables/payables
• Preparing Monthly MIS covering brief synopsis of Balance sheet, P&L, Cash flow, ageing etc
• Preparing annual budget, analysing variances on monthly /quarterly basis, initiating corrective actions
• Preparing MIS of Repayment / Interest and Outstanding Loans of company
• Preparing monthly cash flow (Phase wise)
• Monthly analysis of P&L
• Providing various statements/reports to management/consultants /agencies as and when required in provided formats.
• Coordinating with various internal teams to gather necessary information for preparation of MIS
• Monitor and prepare compliance report for Accounts and Taxation activities
• Tracking and monitoring action points from audits for timely closure
• Providing assistance in Statutory, Tax and Internal Audits
• Providing assistance in reconciliation of toll revenue collection from Fastag
• SAP FICO module implementation
• Need based data compilation
• Any other responsibilities, as may be assigned from time to time by the Competent Authority.
V. Specific demands on the job :
• Admirable Knowledge of Accounting and financial transactions
• Proficient in MS Excel, word and power-point
• Knowledge of SAP is must and Knowledge of INDAS is desirable
• Ensuring timely deliverables
I. Academic / Professional Qualifications
Chartered Accountant
II. Experience:
Minimum 4-6 Years’ experience in the same field.
III. Skills
Planning, organising and result orientation
Should have handful experience of working on MS Word, Excel, Power Point
