Profile: Audit
Designation: Associate
Location:Physical Presence(work from office)- Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore
Other locations : Work from home

Qualification: Chartered Accountant or CPA or experienced graduates/ Semi - qualified CAs / M.com
Salary range: INR 3-7LPA ( Depending upon experience)
Experience required: 0 to 2 years of Post qualification
Prior Condition: Candidates should have their own laptop and Wi-Ficonnection ( if it is work from home )
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Preparation of planning checklist, analysis of risk and materiality level, overall review, andbudget the hours required to complete the audit.
2. Select the sample according to risk and size of the client and send it to UK
3. Check the correctness of the sample, do proper review of the financials, raise the querieswith UK team etc.
4. Preparation of audit report and relevant schedules etc.
Other:
5. Communicate with clients as appropriate in a positive and constructive manner. Attend toclient queries and resolve them (through coordination with UK team as necessary).
6. Allocate/ delegate work to subordinates.
7. Daily meeting (and call) with team members to allocate/delegate the work and setting thework priority and deadlines.
8. Report problems by exception and constantly improve process.E.g., only escalate a problem if cannot be resolved by peers (equals).
+. Coaching subordinates.
10. Thoroughly check the work prepared by subordinate(s)
11. Provide coaching and training to subordinates. Help to promote them by identifying
12. performance gap(s) and train them accordingly.
13. Additional Tasks as required
14. As we are a growing firm, flexibility is required to assist with other office tasks as required byus.

Working hours: +:30 AM to 7:00 PM
