Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CA/CS professional with a passion for accounting, finance, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or those with up to 1 year of experience to develop their career and gain hands-on exposure in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports as per accounting standards.
- Support in ensuring statutory compliances, including tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.).
- Maintain and update financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Handle secretarial work related to compliance with ROC filings and corporate governance.
- Stay updated with the latest accounting and taxation policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Liaise with clients and other stakeholders for the resolution of queries and issues.
• Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified CA or CS (or both).
- Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and corporate governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software (Tally/ERP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
