We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant to join our team. The
candidate will be responsible for managing the accounting and auditing processes for our firms at the
group level. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and
standards, as well as experience in managing audits for multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage the accounting and auditing processes for our firms at the group level.
– Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations for all entities.
– Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow
statements.
– Monitor and review general ledger entries and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness.
– Review and coordinate the work of external auditors, including managing audit schedules and
deliverables.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and
external auditors.
– Provide guidance and support to accounting teams across multiple entities.
– Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
– Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for senior management as required.
Qualifications:
– Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.
– Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing accounting and audits.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards.
– Experience in managing audits for multiple entities.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
– Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
