Consolidation of Financials
Finalization of books of accounts as per IND AS
Bank related compliances
Knowledge of direct & indirect taxes-GST, TDS , advance tax
Filing of Income tax return & tax audit report
Managing an end-to-end audit with internal & statutory auditor
Filing of Form 15CA/CB
Oversee the accounting department and ensure that the financial records are accurate.
Skills ;
Knowledge of IND AS
Microsoft office skill
Strong technical knowledge of direct & indirect taxes
Analytical skill
Forecasting & Budgeting
