Kumabe HR is partnering with a prominent healthcare client to find customer oriented Call Center Representatives
Position/Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on customer calls when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
• High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the main priority
• Ability to appropriately handle confidential customer information
• Experience in Call Center environment desirable
• Experience and comfort with computers and Microsoft applications desirable
Other Information:
• On-site position only, no remote work available
