Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
2. Follow communication scripts when handling sales
3. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
4. Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
5. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
6. Improve knowledge and performance level
Skill(s) required
• English Proficiency (Spoken)
