Job Description
1.2 To manage shrinkage and attrition and Absenteeism.
1.3 To ensure agents is following policies, processes and organization standard.
1.4 To identify and work with low performing agents to improve their performance.
1.5 Setting priorities and working with agents for grooming and skill development.
1.6 Keeping track of performance of team and preparing strategies for low performer agents.
1.7 Grooming & Motivation to share regular feedback with Team for their skill & personality development.
1.8 To identify Individual interest and coach/groom them for next level.
1.+ Ensure to create professional environment within the team.
1.10 Prepare and present weekly performance review.
1.11 To Share performance report with team.
1.12 Support team by answering their queries.
1.13 Report any live/real time issues immediately to Manager which is related to process.
Desired Candidate Profile ;-
Any Graduate or Post Graduate having 3 to 5 Years of experience in Customer Care Department as Team leader.
Salary :-
Upto 28k
