Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day campaign operations and scheduling
• Coordinate across field, fundraising, and communications efforts
• Maintain message discipline and consistency across all activities
• Track progress toward fundraising, outreach, and engagement goals
• Support strategic planning and prioritization with the candidate
• Maintain organized systems for contacts, follow-up, and reporting
Qualifications
• Prior experience in political campaigns, organizing, or leadership roles preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, lean environment
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
• Familiarity with Georgia or local community dynamics is a plus
Compensation
This is a paid position with a base stipend of $2,000 per month, with opportunities for additional performance-based compensation as the campaign grows and fundraising milestones are met.
