Purpose of the Role
1. Reach out to prospect customers based on campaign
2. Based on customer segment, Initial briefing of LMW product and services and manage basic level technical questions
3. Generate Prospects out of campaign and Decide Handover criteria for business development/sales.
4. Follow up continuously with customers based on their feedback
5. Maintaining the marketing activities of the respective zones
Role & responsibilities
1. Responsible for running the campaigns [Emails & Calls] to generate prospects for the Business Development Funnels to pursue, in order to enhance the sales and BD funnel
2. Regularly update customers on the new products and services of the organizations and create the good relationship with the customers.
3. Responsible for running the campaigns [Emails & Calls] to generate prospects for the Business Development/sales Funnels to prosecute
4. Identify potential customers (prospects) from the house list basis pre-define criteria
5. Discover the critical information about these prospects required to target them appropriately by the business development/sales team
6. Discover opportunities requiring business development tasks, feeding the field business development funnels
7. Clearly update the tracker of campaigns
8. Engage with customers and convince them to meet Business Development/Sales Executives for new and existing products
+. Identifying new industry association in their respective zones to develop business relationship
10. Maintaining marketing materials like sales kit, catalogues in the zonal office
Engaging in the marketing activities during exhibitions, roadshows and other customer connect programs
11. Updating and maintaining the key customer database in the respective zones
12. Update prospects/leads from the received sources
13. Maintain daily calling activities through given format
14. Deliver information/ideas to head office marketing to host a customer connect programs
