Job description: Job Description Education : MBA Specialized Knowledge : Campus Hiring in BFSI/NBFC Salary Range : 10 To 12 LPA Professional Certificate ( If Any) Experience Range : Minimum 5 to 8 Years Good Communication & Presentation skills. Preferred Industry : NBFC/Bank Language proficiency : Hindi/English Job purpose: - We are looking for a driven campus recruiter to source and attract talented students for our company. - You will be required to identify and define hiring needs, source talented candidates through events and advertising campaigns, interview potential candidates, and monitor newly recruited employees and interns. Roles and Responsibilities: - Coordinate and maintain relationships with business managers, institutes, young talents and alumni students. - Effectively manage, prioritize workload, and close the freshers hiring needs - Collaborate & partner with the hiring managers or institutes to coordinate for on/off-campus interviews, events or internship hiring activities. - Attend college career fairs, interact with students and promote our employer brand Facilitate & Coordinate candidate online assessments, interviews, offer Initiation, BGV and Onboarding Processes - Report on recruiting metrics after every campus event using Excel reports or through Ramco tool (enablement in progress) or other appropriate tools - Research and gather market intelligence through institutes, portals/vendors and work with Campus Manager to come up with campus strategies and support implementation - Be part of the university engagement activities with identified colleges/institutes. Specification: - Overall student Experience Score - Overall Hiring Manager Satisfaction - Offer acceptance & Joining Ratio - Compliance with documentation & on boarding Key Requirements: - High on enthusiasm to engage and communicate with institutes and students - High energy to coordinate and execute different campus programs and engagement activities - Someone who has keen interests to be part of setting up processes or come up with best practices in campus arena. - Proven capabilities or keen interests to establish your own university network across India - Ability to multi-task & be flexible as business needs vary - Strong communication, negotiation and inter-personal skills
