Key job responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive workforce forecasting models that anticipate organizational needs and optimize resource allocation

Your day will be a blend of strategic analysis, collaborative planning, and creative problem-solving. You'll dive into complex workforce data, develop predictive models, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our staffing strategies align perfectly with business objectives. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent
• 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience
• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (Work Force Management, Capacity planning, Finance, Business Analysis) or related role

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience in financial modeling, P&L management or analysis

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
