Job Description:
Life Circle Health Services is an organization catering for Senior Citizen's Homehealth Care. We are providing service pan India. We have a small operations in Guwahati. They are our regular clients. We are looking for a candidate who has a nursing background and is willing to support us on a consultancy basis. We expect about 4-6 hrs of time to be dedicated to us. The candidate would be free to work for any other organization during the rest of the time.
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
• Meet the clients on regular basis and ensure the quality of work is kept up.
• In case any home health worker wants to proceed on a leave, the care manager will have to find an appropriate person for replacment.
• In case there is a new requirement, a visit should be made to the clients place, assessment of patient' s requirement has to be done and then a worked has to be found from the resources.
• If there is any payment followup to be done from the client, this also has to be coordinated.
• As the back end process of the business in Guwahati is handled from Delhi, the candidate needs to be in constant contact with the team and coordinate day to day plans.
Qualification: BSC Nursing/ GNM is mandatory, with excellent communication skills in Assamese, Hindi and English.
Skills required: The candidate should be ready to work on a field based job, should possess a two wheeler preferably. Should have the initiative to provide best service for clients. The travel cost of the candidate for the official purposes will be reimbursed as per the guidelines that would be provide to him/her.

Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 6 per week
Salary: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
