In this fast-paced role, you will work with other social services, agencies and providers to ensure the needs of the child or young person and their family are fully met. Ng pumanawatanga ou | What you will bring
Key requirements of the role include:
Registration with New Zealand's Social Work Registration Board (SWRB) or able to register
A full, clean, current driver's licence
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated resilience, problem solving techniques and flexibility
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong PC and Microsoft Office Suite skills with excellent report writing skills
Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga M ori, and Pacific peoples' culture
We are looking for a person with a can-do spirit, a great attitude towards challenges, and who embody the practice shift we are making as a ministry and are able to demonstrate awareness of this shift in their applications
