Role Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated legal graduates to work as Legal Interns/Trainees. This role provides practical exposure to handling IP matters both domestically and internationally. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly on copyright and trademark processes while building expertise.
Your Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation, filing, and prosecution of applications in India and abroad.
• Conduct comprehensive IP searches, analyze results, and prepare detailed client reports.
• Support the maintenance and renewal of copyright and trademark registrations.
• Research issues related to IP infringement, opposition, and enforcement matters.
• Draft and review client communications, agreements, and legal notices.
• Contribute to strategies for protecting, enforcing, and commercializing copyright and trademark assets.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) from an accredited institution.
• Fundamental understanding of Copyright and Trademark Law.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and detailed documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach with a strong desire to learn and grow.
