Job Description
As the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, including Visiting Vehicle teams and ISS Program Office, you will coordinate and manage resources to meet mission objectives. This includes critical support for the planning, organizing, and securing of resources necessary for successful cargo delivery and integration for launch or return missions.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Review and track flight-specific schedule milestones while identifying and resolving any challenges that could impede progress.
• Establish cargo priorities and perform evaluations to ensure integration aligns with vehicle manifesting requirements for crew operations.
• Communicate effectively with hardware providers, ISS CAMs, and other team members to negotiate trades and manage integration efforts.
• Act as NASA's primary contact for the Visiting Vehicle team, ensuring manifest compatibility with launch schedules and providing necessary data products.
• Conduct Cargo Certification of Flight Readiness for ISS missions and address any emerging issues or requirements.
• Utilize your expertise to communicate and resolve off-nominal requests and concerns regarding mission hardware.
• Manage the mission timeline and work collaboratively with MI&O support contractors to overcome scheduling challenges.
• Engage with various contractor teams to ensure timely product deliveries and adherence to mission requirements.
• Provide flight status updates during Integrated Product Team meetings and other relevant boards.
Required Education and Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree along with 5 years of relevant experience, including project management.
• Prior experience with the NASA ISS program is essential.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and proactive communication abilities, with experience in presenting to management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Microsoft Project is desirable.

Pay Range: $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
