The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Injury law, legal research, and case management. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who is passionate about law, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take on the exciting challenges that come with managing a diverse caseload. The Permanent Case Manager will have the opportunity to work closely with a team of dedicated legal professionals, contribute to high-profile cases, and make a significant impact on the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from intake to resolution, ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case development and litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date case files and databases, ensuring that all relevant information is easily accessible for the legal team.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing them with updates on case progress and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties as necessary to gather information and documentation relevant to cases.
• Adhere to all legal standards and regulations, ensuring that all work is conducted in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, preferably in the field of Personal Injury law.
• Strong legal research skills, with a proven ability to gather, analyze, and present information effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal information to clients and other parties.
• Proficiency in using legal research tools and case management software.
• A strong sense of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
• A degree in law or a related field is preferred.
