Responsibilities:
Audit approximately 40 Pizza 73 store retail sales and all related sales deductions, weekly and monthly
Summarize the activity into excel spreadsheets comparing data from cash sheets of stores with data from various weekly sales systems (including internal Business Intelligence platforms, Merchant Services settlements and third party platforms)
Verify and review daily deposits from stores, credit card and debit sales and any discrepancies on catering sales declared by the stores compared with those reflected on the weekly sales data
Coordinate with store personnel and managers for any queries related to cash sheets and deposits
Prepare journal entries for weekly sales accounting
Prepare weekly summary reporting of various cash related reports
