Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products.
Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale systems.
Provide product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints with professionalism.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer service.
Stay informed about promotions, new products, and store policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
Skills
Proven experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills are a plus.
Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous.
Ability to perform product demos confidently to engage customers.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries or issues promptly.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
