The Opportunity
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a lasting first impression? Join Mayfield Childcare as a Casual Enrolments Administrator and play a vital role in supporting families through their early education journey across our network of Centres.
We are seeking three casual team members to work on a rotating basis during the following shifts:
8:00am – 12:00pm
10:30am – 2:30pm
3:00pm – 7:00pm
These roles will initially be based in our Hawthorn Support Office, with hybrid working arrangements available in future.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be the welcoming first point of contact for families enquiring about enrolments
Respond to enquiries across phone, email, and web platforms
Guide families through the enrolment process with clear and supportive communication
Assist with documentation and compliance, ensuring accuracy and privacy
Collaborate with Centre Managers to coordinate tours and track vacancies
Maintain data in our CRM and childcare systems (Xplor, Qikkids)
Support the Enrolments Manager with admin tasks and reporting
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in Early Education and knowledge of CCS/CCMS
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Friendly, professional manner with excellent customer service focus
Confident using digital platforms and maintaining accurate records
Organised, reliable, and quick-thinking problem solver
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
