We are seeking a casual Office Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the workplace by ensuring the office environment is organised, well-maintained, and welcoming. This role plays a key part in enabling team productivity and contributing to a positive employee and visitor experience.

In this role, you will:

Manage office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships, to ensure a smooth and well-functioning workplace
Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming office environment, acting as the first point of contact for visitors and external enquiries
Coordinate office logistics such as meeting rooms, catering, equipment, and day-to-day operational needs
Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including workspace setup and cross-team coordination
Liaise with service providers and internal teams (e.g. IT) to resolve issues and maintain office infrastructure
Assist with internal communications, team events, and initiatives that enhance workplace culture and employee experience
Assist with general admin tasks, including reporting, data entry, and day-to-day office support
Support workplace health, safety, and compliance requirements
Track and manage office-related expenses and budgets
Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and administrative records
Proactively identify and implement improvements to office processes and operations

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Familiarity with workplace health and safety practices
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and help where needed
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and a commitment to keeping spaces organised and well-presented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities
Basic proficiency with common workplace tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack)

You’ll get bonus points if you have:
Previous experience in an office coordination, administration, or customer-facing role
Experience supporting events, office logistics, or workplace operations
Basic experience with expense tracking or budget management
You have barista experience (we have a coffee machine onsite)
