As an HR/Administrator at Access Community Health, you will play a vital role in supporting our regional operations. This position involves managing aspects of support worker recruitment and delivering a full range of HR and administrative tasks. You'll help ensure adherence to policies and procedures, assist regional leadership with performance management, and provide essential support across inventory, vehicle fleet monitoring, payroll administration, and ordering of stationery and uniforms.
We are seeking individuals who share our dedication to serving each tangata/person we care for to live independently in their own homes and communities. In this fulfilling position, you will directly contribute to the well-being of our tāngata and support workers within the community.
Fixed term contract: Ending 19th December 2025
Hours: Monday to Friday office-based role 8:00am - 4:30pm
Location: Right next to the Queensgate Mall Lower Hutt

We're looking for someone with:
Strong administrative skills across a range of areas
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Bonus skills include:
HR qualification or relevant studies
Knowledge of employment legislation and HR principles
Cultural awareness and empathy for the Home and Community Support sector
