Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Cedar Health team as an Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for:
Providing responsive reception and administrative services, support and advice to support the work of the Clinical Team Leader and site staff.
Undertaking the processing and maintenance of site data and associated records, CHS client management systems, financial, HR and purchasing administration functions.
Requiring a flexible autonomous approach to work using initiative and the ability to prioritise competing workload demands.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
Manage timeframes effectively and prioritise competing workload demands.
Exercise initiative and judgement in responding to staff and client needs.
Manage diverse administrative and customer service activities to a high standard of quality.
Provide administrative support for clients with Domestic Family Violence and trauma.
Participate in organising outreach clinics for doctors and nurses.
